How to Transfer Calls

To transfer a call directly to someone’s extension (while on an active call):

  1. Press the softkey below “BlindXfer”.
  2. Enter the third party’s extension.
  3. The system will automatically transfer the call to the third party.
    (Note: There’s no need to press “BlindXfer” again after entering the extension.)


To transfer a call directly to someone’s voicemail box (while on an active call):

  1. Press the softkey below “BlindXfer”.
  2. Dial *55 followed by third party’s extension.
  3. The system will automatically transfer the call to the third party’s voicemail box.
    (Note: There’s no need to press “BlindXfer” again after entering the extension.)


To transfer a call directly to someone’s extension using the Monitor Lines softkeys (while on an active call):

  1. Simply press the softkey next to the user’s name on your phone screen or sidecar.


To transfer a call to someone, but first consult with them (while on an active call):

  1. Press 
  2. Enter the third party’s extension
  3. The system will automatically initiate the call to the third party.
  4. Wait for the third party to answer.
  5. Once they answer, press the same button again to complete the transfer.
