To transfer a call directly to someone’s extension (while on an active call):
- Press the softkey below “BlindXfer”.
- Enter the third party’s extension.
- The system will automatically transfer the call to the third party.
(Note: There’s no need to press “BlindXfer” again after entering the extension.)
To transfer a call directly to someone’s voicemail box (while on an active call):
- Press the softkey below “BlindXfer”.
- Dial *55 followed by third party’s extension.
- The system will automatically transfer the call to the third party’s voicemail box.
(Note: There’s no need to press “BlindXfer” again after entering the extension.)
To transfer a call directly to someone’s extension using the Monitor Lines softkeys (while on an active call):
- Simply press the softkey next to the user’s name on your phone screen or sidecar.
To transfer a call to someone, but first consult with them (while on an active call):
- Press
- Enter the third party’s extension
- The system will automatically initiate the call to the third party.
- Wait for the third party to answer.
- Once they answer, press the same button again to complete the transfer.
