The best way to get help is through opening a ticket. We have three support channels available for you:


  1. Via E-mail: A ticket can be opened by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@nextpointe.com
  2. Via Client Portal: Click on  Client Portal and enter your credentials. If you don't have your credentials you can always request it by sending an email to helpdesk@nextpointe.com
  3. Via Phone: Call +1 (305) 537-9600 or from a NextPointe phone dial 611 and option 1 for technical support.
